# The Night of 8–9 April 2025: What the Official Record Actually Shows

According to the Master Litigation Timeline, Luke Edwards was reported missing from Tetelestai Recovery Centre at 23:06 on 8 April 2025. CCTV footage from the adjacent Mooi Hawens property shows him alive, clothed, and uninjured at 01:30 on 9 April. He was provided water by security. His body was discovered inside the Mooi Hawens grounds at approximately 05:20.

These facts are corroborated by the DOH Confidential Report (Nicholus Khumalo, 9 July 2025), the sworn testimony of Sgt. Khanyase at the 9 July 2025 bail hearing, and the DPP decision letter of 15 January 2026.
